Charles “Blake” Deyhle is the visionary behind TXVA Coaching & Consulting—a firm built on the belief that transformation begins with mindset, and sustainable growth starts with strategy. With over 25 years of experience across diverse industries, Blake blends deep professional insight with lived experience to deliver coaching and consulting that’s honest, practical, and results-driven.
Blake is a NABCEP-certified solar instructor, a reentry peer mentor, and a strategic consultant with an extensive background in workforce development, operations, nonprofit program design, and personal transformation. He has worked with returning citizens, emerging leaders, startups, nonprofits, and enterprise teams—guiding each client with clarity, structure, and unwavering support.
His journey—marked by both personal setbacks and professional milestones—informs a coaching style that is grounded, relatable, and empowering. Whether he's helping someone rebuild after incarceration or advising a nonprofit on scaling its programs, Blake leads with purpose, integrity, and a firm belief in second chances.

Richmond VA
TXVA helped this grassroots campaign in their run for the House of Delegates. Although the election ended in defeat, TXVA pushed his competitors into the last days of the election. Walker4Delegate was out fundraised by 60x, and through our planning it was competitive.
Diamond D Designs
Austin TX
TXVA was able to develop Diamond D Designs process, grow their production rate, and customer base through social media Marketing, We were able to streamline production and increase sales while maintaining Diamond D Designs quality and service.
Bridging The Gap VA
Richmond VA
TXVA is currently helping BTGVA with their marketing, grant research, program development, and validation for the Solar Installation Training program. TXVA is extremely happy to aid this organisation as it develops better processes to increase its community impact.
