Cancellation Policy

TXVA Coaching & Consulting LLC — Booking Policy Thank you for choosing TXVA Coaching & Consulting. We are committed to providing a thoughtful, supportive, and professional experience. Please review our booking policy carefully before scheduling your session. 1. Booking Appointments All sessions must be booked in advance via our website, booking platform, or directly with a team member. Clients may book individual sessions or purchase session packages. Sessions may be held in person or virtually, depending on location and availability. 2. Confirmation & Payment You will receive an email confirmation once your appointment is successfully scheduled. Payments can be made prior to the appointment or at the time of the appointment, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, ACH, and digital payment platforms (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). 3. Rescheduling & Cancellation You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours before the appointment without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the session fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations (within 4 hours of the session) are non-refundable. In the case of emergencies, please contact us directly. We may waive penalties on a case-by-case basis. 4. Late Arrivals We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened or marked as a no-show depending on time and availability. 5. Group Sessions & Events Separate policies may apply for workshops, group coaching, or events. These terms will be outlined at the time of registration. 6. Client Responsibility You are responsible for attending sessions on time, in a focused environment (for virtual calls), and with any required forms or pre-work completed. If you are experiencing any issues (mental health, technical, or otherwise) that may impact your ability to attend or benefit from a session, please let us know in advance. 7. Policy Changes TXVA Coaching & Consulting reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on our website and sent via email when applicable.
